I finally had the time to do a complete revamp of my website, http://www.freelancefridge.com. The look and design is totally new. After researching about Google and how it rates websites, I decided to redo mine. I think it turned out quite well, and I hope you like it too. I've been an independent artist, doing freelance artwork for years, either in a full time or part time role. It's not always easy though, as I'm sure you other artists have discovered. I read a comment from an artist that I admire, that said something to the effect of: "[talking about artists] If you are just doing art purely to make money, then at some point you will get burnt out and hate it." This has really resonated in my head. There's been many weeks where I work a ton of hours on client artwork & graphics, but no hours on my own stuff.
